Our Policy
WBHS Policy (Wellbeing, Health and Safety)
At Vinecton Network and Infrastructure Private Limited, we prioritize WBHS — Wellbeing, Health, and Safety above all. Our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment reflects our core values and operational principles.​​
Below are our 7 Prime Absolute Rules that must be followed without compromise:​​​​

Always wear a helmet while riding a bike, including for pillion riders.

Always wear a seat belt while driving.

Do not use a mobile phone while driving or working at height.

Do not work under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Always use suitable PPE, safety harness, and fall protection equipment when working at height (harnesses must be attached at all times).

Never carry out electrical work on equipment, circuits, or gear unless you are qualified and trained.

Never undertake any street or underground work activities unless competent to do so.​

Purpose: To ensure professional, responsible, and compliant conduct across Vinecton’s offices, project sites, and field work environments.

Scope: This policy applies to all employees, interns, consultants, and contractors working at Vinecton offices, warehouses, client locations, project sites, and onsite field environments.

Workspace Usage: All company workplaces, assets, tools, and infrastructure must be used strictly for official purposes. Employees are responsible for maintaining cleanliness, discipline, and proper care of company property. Any damage, loss, or malfunction must be reported immediately.

Workplace Conduct: Professional behaviour, respectful communication, and ethical conduct are mandatory at all times. Harassment, discrimination, misconduct, or misuse of company facilities is strictly prohibited. Visitors are allowed only with prior authorization and must follow company protocols.

WBHS (Wellbeing, Health & Safety): Employees must comply with Vinecton’s WBHS Policy and follow prescribed wellbeing, health, and safety practices applicable to office and onsite field environments. Any violation impacting wellbeing, health, or safety will be addressed as per company policy.

IT Assets & Confidentiality: Company IT assets, systems, and data access are for official use only. All company and client information must be treated as confidential and protected from unauthorized access or disclosure.

Working Schedule & Field Deployment: Vinecton follows a regular 6-day working schedule. Employees may be required to work from offices, project sites, client locations, or field sites as per operational and project requirements. Onsite deployment and travel are mandatory when assigned.

Compliance: Non-compliance with this policy may result in disciplinary action as per company rules. Vinecton reserves the right to amend this policy as required.
